PLEASE NOTE
Please order in plenty of time for your wedding date as our wait queue can extend up to 6 weeks during very busy times. Please also remember to allow for plenty of transit time. Most of our brides order at least six months in advance. Loveflowers reserves the right to decline orders placed too late for the wedding date.

How to order wedding flowers
Head for the Wedding Flowers Catalogue on the left and browse the categories to find the collection/s you prefer. Each collection has several wedding items which coordinate together, but you are welcome to select items from two or more collections. For example, the Garden Roses collection is often ordered with some Classic Rose items as well. An easy 'shopping cart/basket' system allows you to add the quantity you require of each item. Loveflowers accepts Visa, Mastercard and Australia Post postal cheques (no personal cheques). American Express is also accepted, with a surcharge (3.3%) applied to cover Amex fees. Brisbane brides also have the option of picking up their flowers from our Toowong workshop.

	Will allow you to view the current contents of your shopping basket. Items can be deleted from your basket by clicking on the 'remove' button.
	Proceeds to the checkout with your order once you have all items required in your basket. Details of the delivery address and credit card number are required at the checkout, after you click on proceed to payment
	Sends a secure order with delivery and payment details direct to Loveflowers.

We are so sure that you’ll love your order, our wedding flowers are covered by our money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your order, please call or email within two days of receiving the delivery. Returned goods are to be in mint condition and in the original packaging. We recommend you avoid the risk of missing or damaged parcels with transit insurance. Delivery and return charges are not refundable.

Currency Converter
All prices for the wedding flowers are quoted in Australian dollars including GST – click here to convert to your currency. Brides from many countries will find the exchange rate works well in their favour from time to time. Ordering from outside Australia is easy; your bank simply works out the conversion for you and charges your card the equivalent in your own currency. The currency converter is also available through the checkout page.

Centimetre conversion
All specifications are given in decimal measurements and are accurate to within a centimetre or so. For inches divide the number of centimetres by 2.54. If the leaves extend a long way past the flowers, then just the bulk of the flowers is taken for the diameter measurement.

Insurance
Transit insurance is placed on all boxed orders. Within Australia, insurance is included with the first $100 of value of all registered deliveries and an additional $1.20 per $100 of value thereafter. International insurance works out to AUD$7.50 for the first AUD$100 of insured value + an extra AUD$2 for every extra AUD$100 of insured value thereafter. We'll figure it out for you and let you know in our reply to your order.

Delivery information
Each order incurs an specified amount depending on volume/weight and destination which will be quoted by email shortly after order placement. (At this point the order may be cancelled at your discretion if the postage is unaffordable) If you are in Brisbane you are welcome to pick up your order from our Toowong workshop to save the delivery charge. If you pay cash on pickup we can throw in a free storage box (if paying by card the medium and large size storage box charge of $6 still applies).

Your wedding flowers are packed securely with acid-free tissue paper in a sturdy, custom-made storage box, and sent registered and insured with Australia Post (within Australia) or international mail. If it's just a tiny order eg sample buttonholes or some hairflowers, it is generally sent in an Aus Post red bag, which is unregistered/uninsured. Our main dispatch days are Mondays and Fridays. On placing your order you will be advised for which week your order is scheduled to be constructed and packed. Please allow for transit time after the week for which your order is scheduled. Last minute orders are not encouraged - please order in plenty of time for your wedding date as our wait queue can extend up to 6 weeks during busy times, and jumping the queue is only considered in exceptional circumstances. Loveflowers reserves the right to decline orders placed too late for the wedding date.

If no-one is present when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left and the goods held at your local post office (unless it's a unregistered parcel eg tiny orders sent in red parcel post bags). A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. Once you've had a peek at your flowers, remember to store them as carefully as you store your wedding dress. Tape the box closed again and keep safe from sunlight, humidity and heat.

Damage on arrival
If there appears to be any damage, please note this immediately with postal staff in writing and email or phone us on the day of delivery.

For your convenience, here are some sample delivery charges. Delivery charges include the box, postage and registration (no registration on tiny orders). Examples are based on averages only; weights and volumes do vary across the collections. If this all looks too complicated, don't worry, we figure it out for you and let you know.

Average transit times are expected only and are not guaranteed. Remote areas generally take longer.
