Loveflowers provides beautiful wedding flowers to the world from a busy workshop in Brisbane, Australia. Since 1994 we have taken great pride in creating unique bouquets which reflect each bride’s individual style and personality.

In 1999, after launching a web site for our original fresh flower service , we were overwhelmed by emails and phone calls from interstate and overseas brides. It was lovely to know that so many felt a connection with the soft and pretty style which has become the Loveflowers hallmark. Many women wanted to know where they could find a florist in their area who could provide the same fresh look and attention to detail. While we were happy to provide referrals where possible, it was always our dream to find a way to help these brides to be more directly.

Fast-forward to 2001, when silk flowers suddenly regained popularity as decorating and fashion accessories. New developments in manufacturing resulted in greater botanical accuracy, with many products needing close inspection to differentiate them from those made by Mother Nature. While no-one can deny the appeal of quality perishable flowers, there are many situations when non-perishable flowers are more appropriate. We finally saw a way to realise our dream of providing quality wedding flowers to brides all over the world and launched our new concept under the original Loveflowers name.

We take great care in sourcing the most attractive and natural-looking flowers. These are no ordinary silk flowers; not what you'll find in craft or florist stores. To be selected for Loveflowers, a flower (or foliage) must be "botanical quality", made with 100% accurate detail, form and colour. Equally important, but more difficult to define, is selecting flowers which truly capture the essence of the bloom they represent.

Such flowers are perfect for wedding bouquets, as they can withstand heat and lack of water indefinitely. In particular we search for flowers, which in their perishable form, are especially fragile and hence problematic as wedding flowers. Some of these would be our gorgeous violets, hydrangea, frangipani and sweetpeas.

From these carefully-selected flowers we create a variety of unique collections with their own specially blended fragrances. None of these collections is permanent, each collection is deleted when stocks run out. A simple shopping basket system operates so that you can select your wedding flowers and have them delivered months ahead of your wedding date!
