• Each item you design has its own clipboard. The clipboard area is just underneath the flowers, in the Select»Quote»Order pages. Work on one clipboard at a time - you can start with the Bridal Bouquet clipboard that's already there, or create a new one at 1
• To jump between clipboards you've started, click on 'Switch clipboard' at 2
• Browse the flowers in each colour section by scrolling here with the arrows at 3
• Browse the different colour groups of flowers, as well as bouquet shapes and ribbons with the tabs at 4.
• To find out more about each flower, click on the info icon and 'More details' - see 5
• To add a flower to your clipboard drag it down to the clipboard as shown at 6
• To delete a flower from a clipboard, just roll over the picture and click on the X that appears in the top left corner - see 7
• To delete a clipboard click at 8
• You'll find selections for the types of bouquets at 9  Make sure to select one of these for each bouquet clipboard (eg My Bridesmaid Bouquet), but not for other types of clipboards (eg My Buttonhole).
• Choose a ribbon colour for each bouquet clipboard at 10  If you're working on a posy or sheaf clipboard, then choose a binding option as well.
• If you want to look at all your clipboards together, add notes to them, put in quantities (eg 7 Buttonholes, 3 Bridesmaids' Posies), save them for coming back to later, or to ask for a quote, you'll need to register. While you can use the first part of the clipboard function without having to register, to avoid loosing any of your creative hard work, it's best to register upfront. Click on 'Log-in/Register' at top right and then fill out the details - see 11
• To start requesting a quote select 'My Clipboards' at 11
• If you get lost, just click at 12 to get back to the Select»Quote»Order area.

• Once you've finalised your items, go to My Clipboards for a final check. You can write notes to us about each item in the little box underneath its clipboard, as well as in the general comments (eg wedding colours, wedding style) box at 13  We'll use your postcode or country (entered on registration) to figure out the postage costs and include them in your quote, so if you happen to be in Brisbane and think you would wish to pick up from our Toowong workshop, note 'Pickup' in this box as well. 
• Attach pictures (up to 1MB each - the smaller the quicker to upload) if you wish (eg bridesmaid dress, wedding gown) to your quote request at 14  First click on BROWSE and choose your image, then click on UPLOAD to attach it to your quote request. If the image browse/upload functions play up a little, try saving after each upload - this helps reset. If it totally bugs out, just email us the pics separately.
• Save at 15 any further changes and click at 16 to request your quote.
• Your quote is created personally for you by a Loveflowers florist within 48 hours. You'll get an email when your quote is ready for viewing from the right sidebar in My User Area.
• If there are things you would like to juggle on your quote, email us and we'll fix them up for you. If you're happy with your quote, click on the green 'Yes, let's make this an order' to start the ordering process.

Handy Tips

• Please feel very welcome to hop on the Live Chat (top right every page) or call on 0408 102 309 if you would like to be talked through your first Select»Quote»Order visit. We do understand it’s a lot more complex than the old shopping cart system and we’re here to help you get the most out of your wedding flower planning.
• Your quote is obligation-free of course, there is no requirement to use all 3 steps of the Select»Quote»Order process.
• If you've registered, you can come back as many times as you like to work on your saved clipboards - make sure you're logged in when you start each time you come back.
• As well as the flower/s selection, remember to include on each bouquet clipboard - one size and shape selection, a ribbon colour (and if it's for a posy or sheaf, a stem binding option from the ribbon section).
• For a My Cake Flowers clipboard, make sure to include some details in the notes box about what you have in mind. If you want a cake topper, include the dimension/s of the top tier.
• For a My Bridal Table clipboard, make sure to include some details in the notes box about what you have in mind. If you want a runner, include the length required.
• Not sure how to create a clipboard from a picture you have, or an old Collection item you wanted? Just email us and we'll email you back a completed clipboard. 

• Keep an eye out for new flowers added in regularly (and others removed regularly as well).
• You can check the progress of quoting, ordering, scheduling and dispatch in "My User Area".
• You can change your password when you're logged in at "My Details".
• You can enter/update your personal details when you're logged in at "My Details".
• You can take screenshots of your clipboards and post them on your Facebook for comments and suggestions from your friends.
• If you have two ideas for one item then you can create extra clipboards. The system will label them A + B (and even C if necessary) eg My Bridal Bouquet A, My Bridal Bouquet B. Once you have your quote you can compare prices, which might help decide between the options.
• Each time you sign in, you will start with a default My Bridal Bouquet clipboard. If it's not required (eg you've already made your My Bridal Bouquet clipboard) but you don't delete it there, they will start piling up in your My Clipboards section. You can delete them there. Another reason this is a beta version - we're working hard to smooth out these little glitches!
• If you’re after a particular flower that’s not there, email us, and we’ll try sourcing it. 
• It's best to submit your quote request when you're ready to order in the near future. The reason for this is that the longer any delay between quoting and ordering, the more flowers you've selected will be discontinued/out of stock, resulting in having to start over and create new designs from the current selections. The quoted price is valid for 30 days, however, actual stock is not put on hold at the quote stage.
• If you're at the early stages of your planning and just want an idea on prices, check the details on each bouquet type in the Size & Shape section, or at Bouquet Basics. The prices are listed as 'from' but this is not an absolute minimum - just a general average from where most start from. You may be quoted less than these as well.
• If you're at the early stages of your planning and just want ideas and info before embarking on this (often daunting!) process, head to the Inspiration Garden first.
• If we notice three or more quote requests from the same person or IP address, we'll give you a courtesy call to see if we can give you some extra help to figure out the best selections for your wedding colours, style and budget.
• The Select»Quote»Order system is a one-of-a-kind web application we have had developed exclusively for our website in conjunction with the very cool and super clever guys (John and Igor) at Hot Diggity. DVT-risking numbers of hours have gone into the coding, programming, design and product development, but there are still bound to be all sorts of things we haven't thought of. Please keep in mind this a beta version at this stage. You are very welcome to help us further refine the user experience with your feedback.
• Please report any bugs, glitches, embarrassing typos, annoying missing pictures, strange stuff, or your awesome ideas on improving the process. The more info the better - you might please include where possible the exact URL, error message, a screenshot of the problem page, the browser (and version thereof) you're using, and your operating system (eg Windows XP, Mac OSX etc).
• IE6 - Internet Explorer 6 users won't get as smooth a user experience (yes, we know there's still a few of you holding out, out there!!). We recommend updating your browser, or switching to another browser.
