I would like a catalogue sent to me.
You’ll find our entire catalogue online with detailed pictures, prices and specifications.
We keep our catalogue online as the ranges change too often to have them in printed form. None of the collections is permanent, when one range or product sells out we delete it immediately from the database to keep our information up to date, better for our customers than having obsolete printed catalogues in circulation and better for the environment!
Do you think it's a good idea for my young (3 years) pageboy to have a buttonhole? I'm worried about the pin.
No problem - we just construct his buttonhole with a hidden brooch pin; much safer for the little ones. No extra charge for this, just mention it in the comments section of your order form.
The silk flowers sound really good on your website, but I couldn't find any photos or prices, I can only find fresh ones. Please forward me any photos and a price list if possible.
Yes, it is true what it says on our web site, all our flowers pictured in the catalogue are botanically-accurate silk flowers that we source from specialist wedding quality silk flower manufacturers. All the photos are taken by us on a digital camera in natural daylight.
Why are some of the bouquets ‘natural stems’ I thought they were all silk flowers?
'Natural stems' refers to the construction method of the bouquet where the stems of the flowers are showing, rather than bound in ribbon or replaced with a slim, ribbon-covered handle. The stems are man-made, but it does give a very convincingly natural look.
Can you send my order in 4 months?
Unfortunately we cannot store orders due to space limitations and our merchant agreement with the bank.
How are the corsages and buttonholes attached?
Corsages are worn just below the lady's right shoulder and buttonholes are worn with the stem pointing down on the gentleman's left lapel, affixed with a pearl pin. Instructions will be sent with your order. Buttonholes are traditionally worn by the groom, fathers, stepfathers and grandfathers of the bride and groom, as well as the groomsmen, best man and ushers. Corsages are given to the mothers and grandmothers of the bride and groom. These items may, of course, be given as a special recognition to any of your guests you wish to honour. If you have guests doing a reading, or perhaps performing a song during the ceremony, a corsage or buttonhole is lovely way to show thanks for their contribution.

How do I carry my bouquet?.
A info sheet with handy instructions for carrying your bouquet and attaching buttonholes and corsages is sent with every order. With silk wedding flowers you can, of course, practise before the big day with a full-length mirror. The basic rule is not to hold your flowers too high, keep your elbows in and relax! Longer style bouquets look best held flowing down, rather than tipped in towards the bride, whereas posies are fine to hold upright.
Will the scent of the bouquets last?
The Scent Spots are actually separate to the bouquets. Unless you've ordered at the last moment, your Scent Spot/s won't be sent in the box with your flowers, but are best posted to you just before your wedding, so they are nice and fresh. All you need to do is complete this form just before your big day.
Who carries the ring pillow?
Usually the pageboy, often with copies of the rings available from large craft stores. Try Spotlight, they are only a couple of dollars.
How do I take care of my bouquet?
Before your big day its best to keep it stored in the delivery box, in a clean, dark, dry spot. Tape the box closed again to protect from dust. On the day, you may wish to check the ends of the ribbons, if you wish to trim the length or tidy up any stray threads, which may have appeared during transit, use a sharp pair of scissors and a steady hand to do so. Make sure someone stores your bouquet carefully back in the box with the acid free tissue paper while you’re away on your honeymoon. Should you wish to display your flowers afterwards, find a clean, dry place out of direct sunlight. A hair dryer on a cool setting is handy for chasing away the dust. Baby wipes are great for treating any marks.
Can I order a BM bouquet for myself?
The bouquet names on the product pages are just a general guide; we have plenty of brides ordering a bridesmaid's size for themselves and a flowergirl size for their bridesmaids. Several collections have been designed with four bouquet sizes with this mind.
What sizes are the bouquets?
You'll find all the measurements and details for each product on its product page on the right hand side.
What price is the English Roses flowergirl's posy?
You'll find all the prices and details for each product on its product page on the right hand side.
I love the Sweet Rosebuds collection but I am getting married in a year’s time. Is it too early to order? How long do you run the collections?
Unfortunately there is no guarantee that we can continue to offer our current ranges, as we are completely at the mercy of our wholesalers. So although we generally keep plenty of stock on hand, if we cannot continue to source them, the range is removed from the web site when current orders on that line equals current stock levels. So if you’ve decided on your flowers, order them straight away!

Can I have a bouquet that's not shown on the website?
Yes, you can combine collections and add in extra details with Custom Combinations and Easy Embellishments. You can also get personal assistance with special designs.
Please quote for the following fresh flowers (description follows).
Unfortunately we're unable to assist as Loveflowers no longer provides fresh flowers.
Do you sell customer details to email lists?
Of course not! :) See the privacy statement if you have any concerns.
When will my flowers be sent?
Our normal wait time runs at 2 weeks, although this can often blow out to 4 or even 6 weeks during busy times. You'll find a note of our current wait time at the top of Customer Service. The reply to your order will include details of the week your order is scheduled for processing. Loveflowers operates 7 days a week, so if your order happens to fall in the weekend batch, remember that it won't be posted until the Monday just after the scheduled week. Please allow plenty of time when you place your order. On average, our brides place their orders at least 6 months in advance.
I want a frangipani sample ASAP. My address is...
The buttonhole is usually the item that most brides choose to order if they need a sample. Postage just for this one item is $5 within Australia.
What time and day will my flowers arrive?
Unfortunately we are unable to predict the exact time and day that Australia Post (or your country's mail service) will arrive with your box, but you can get a general idea of the transit time from the chart at the end of the Ordering and Delivery page. It is not necessary to wait around for its arrival - if you are not there when it arrives it will be held at your local Post Office. Tiny orders in red bags are usually left at the discretion of the mail deliverer.

I'm trying to order and it keeps saying that my basket is too full but I have more to add!!
Very sorry, the shopping basket function can only hold up to 13 different sorts of items at one time. Makes it tricky if you have a large order. If you put it through as two separate orders it should be fine. Apologies for the inconvenience hopefully the next version of the shopping cart program includes a bigger basket.
Hi! I'd like to order some flowers. As I'm in Brisbane can I pick them up myself?
We're in Toowong, and usually arrange pickups for Saturday mornings, although other days can be arranged if required. There is a AUD$6 charge for the custom made storage box (medium and large only, no charge for small), but if you pay cash we can toss this in for free.
HELP, terrible news, I have received one of my boxes today but the other one didn't arrive!!!!! What am I going to do???? I have been in panic all day about my box being missing!!!!!!!
(note: orders are sent in 2 boxes if it is an extra large order)
Although double box orders are always dispatched on the same day it has been our experience that they arrive on different days more often then not. The other box is bound to arrive tomorrow or the day after.

How accurate are the colours in the photos?
All images on this web site have been calibrated to be viewed on a PC, however if you use Mac they may appear lighter. Much attention is paid to colour accuracy with the launch of each new collection we know how important it is to our customers (yes we were all brides once too!). What you see will depend on the quality and settings on your screen. It helps to set your monitor to the "millions of colours" (24 bit) setting in your computer's setup control panel/system preferences.
Why can't I see any products in my shopping basket?
Make sure your Internet browser has 'cookies' turned on in its 'Preferences' or 'Internet Options' menu.
